Not every learner needs general English. Researchers, educators, professionals, job seekers, and students often require English for very specific contexts and purposes. Our ESP training is designed around your individual requirements.
Before registration, a short 10-minute online consultation will be conducted to understand your learning objectives. Based on the discussion, a customized syllabus and lesson plan will be prepared and shared with you for review and approval.

Speaking Skills Development
Whether you are preparing for interviews, workplace communication, presentations, academic discussions, or everyday conversations, effective speaking requires confidence, clarity, and practice.
We provide personalized speaking training in both English and Tamil. After registration, learners complete a short assessment to help us understand their current proficiency level and communication needs. Based on the results, a customized learning syllabus is prepared and shared for approval before training begins.

Assessment & Certification
All assignments must be completed before the final assessment. A minimum score of 60% is required for successful completion. A Course Completion Certificate will be issued upon completion.
Interested learners may also request a CEFR-aligned assessment.
Communication Policy
All communication, assignment submission, feedback, and course updates will be handled through a single registered email address. Learners are encouraged to use the same email throughout the course.

Reading & Listening Development
Reading and listening are closely connected skills that support effective communication and language development. This course combines both areas to help learners improve comprehension, interpretation, vocabulary acquisition, and confidence in understanding spoken and written English.
Learners will engage with a variety of reading materials and listening tasks while receiving guided support through one-to-one sessions.

The course continues until the learner completes the required tasks and reaches the desired learning outcomes.
Assessment & Certification
Learners will complete a final assessment aligned with Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) benchmarks. Assessment tasks are developed by Lexolit trainers following CEFR guidelines.
Learners should indicate their current and target CEFR levels after completing the self-assessment provided upon registration.
